Got new car ask them to take clock disk of windows and floor mats from the back old and put them in the new one! But there stolen them! Then may me to be a kiar

Had a look around, asked about a certain vehicle, sales opened the drawer picked the keys up, soon as I mentioned Motability, keys back in draw 'there us a deposit you know' made us feel embarrassed, left the premises and never to return..(I now have a mercedes on Motability deposit £49k, no problem, ford's loss)

Very polite staff. Free coffee spent 3hrs here due to ford credit farce. Was made to feel welcome though

I bought Ford Kuga form this place and had it noise from rear wheel , they keeps telling me its a tyre , they check and nothing wrong after warranty finish cost me £1290 to fix it was differential faulty which make that noise , I'm sure they new about that but due to cost of repairs they keeps ensure me nothing is wrong , I'm not recommend this place to buy a car at all

Had the car here today for a service {Bolton low houses}, from booking in to picking car up, service was excellent thanks to Sam, he could not have been more helpful explaining what was included in service plus a recall which needed doing that they sorted at same time, plus a software update, also had a chat with Simon in sales dept who was vey helpful, will be back when next service due

Brilliant was very pleased with the service I got, was especially pleased with one individual I spoke to called Jordan. He made me feel at home and seemed clued up, any question I asked he answered... 10/10 would recommend

Car was in due to water leaking into Boot, ended up being at Garage for 3 days, constant updates via calls and Texts around increasing costs and work needed. Nice friendly staff and only time will tell if leak fixed.
Only criticism was that on collecting car, noticed some of plastic trim had not been put back correctly, when pointed out this was fixed straight away and corrected.....

Excellent service and great customer support. Very friendly staff, not pushy or trying to make a sale but focused on what you need. Never used Stan Palmer's before but wish I had. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new car.

Truly awful after sales!
From start to finish the buying service was easy and pain free.
Now when the car needs warranty work they don’t want to know.
The receptionists attitude is simply appalling, rude, aggressive and constantly telling me how much it may cost me.
Faulty air con, defective tyres, problems getting into gear and a failing exhaust.
Having tried to shop local and give work to a local independent dealer, never again.
Truly shocking!!!!
