We holidayed here back in 2011 and absolutely loved it there. Isabel and Alan were so lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We were treated to a lovely cream tea on arrival. We stayed in Rosedale Cottage which was perfect. I left a gift I made which was an embroidered heart with the name of the cottage and before we left Isabel ordered some more which I made and sent for each of the cottages. Thank you both for a lovely holiday and hopefully one day we will see you again. Love Helen Jane and family x

We have stayed here for many yrs and we have never been disappointed in any way, Alan & Isabel always make us welcome they seem a part of the family. The cottages are warm cosy & clean in every way.

Fantastic self catering cottage everything thought of enjoyed our weeks stay while visiting the lakes only downside is it's very remote and 25 minutes drive from keswick
