Jackson's Recovery came out to rescue me very quickly when my car broke down on the way up to Scotland. They provided a very efficient and cost-effective service. George the recovery truck driver was very helpful and friendly and got me to the garage I needed to be at. I hope I don't need their service again, but I'd happily recommend Jackson's Recovery if you break down unexpectedly and need helping out at short notice!

I called Jackson’s to get my broken down car transported to a main dealer garage approx 12 miles from my home. They were very polite and friendly when dealing with them and they did what they said they’d do and when they said they’d do it. Excellent service from them. Can’t recommend them enough.

Services, cam belt changes, recovery (+ delivering the bad news of a likely write off), and fixing engine problems. All good. No complaints will keep using every time.

Wouldn’t let us check the vehicle for damage and tried to make us sign to say it wasn’t. I asked to check it (quite rightly IMHO) before signing and he got angry. Was quite scary and incredibly patronising throughout the whole experience. Can’t believe no one else has picked up on this. DO NOT USE. Find someone else if you can. He was also nasty about other garages in the area and the woman on the phone was rude from the start too. Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Pulled my car out of a deep stucked mud in under 5 minutes. George the person who attended was amazing and even went a extra mile by cleaning the mud mess made by me try to get out before he arrived. Great family run business. They know their stuff and they're always happy to help. National range when they have the free capacity, but the reputation is so strong that the firm is almost always booked solid.

On a trip to the Lake District my rear exhaust bracket broke, leaving my exhaust hanging. Although they didn't have the right part they fashioned a bracket and got me up and running safely on a busy Saturday. Great job. Really helpful staff. Service: Exhaust

After waiting for 5 hours for the RAC, sent on my way only for the car to die again, I couldn't have been more grateful to see their recovery truck after only 30 minutes, if not less! I phoned to ask if they could give a better time scale, spoke to a lady polite, helpful and caring. Driver was great, had a autistic child whom wasnt happy and the driver was great and told me just yo take my time and he was ready once all was good. Brilliant company, thank you to all at Jacksons

An excellent A*** garage that have been looking after my family's vehicles for over 15 years. My car is now running a lot better than it did, after being looked at by two different garages. Well worth travelling 90 miles for an MOT/Service!
